Getting Started
The basics — what happens after you sign up, how much time this takes, and whether Tracking Wins fits your situation.
October 1st, 2026, at 9:00 AM Eastern Time. Everyone gets access at the same moment. Waitlist members lock in a 15% lifetime discount on Pro and Max plans as a thank-you for joining early.
You'll get a confirmation email immediately. Between now and launch, you'll receive occasional updates about what we're building. On launch day, you'll be among the first to hear.
No. Tracking Wins works for beginners taking their first trades and for professionals refining their process. The Journey system adapts to where you are.
With auto-sync (Pro and Max), about 1-2 minutes per trade. The trade data flows in automatically, you only add reflections. With manual logging, 3-5 minutes per trade if you take your reflections seriously. The point isn't speed. It's the reflection itself.
Perfect for Tracking Wins. Fewer trades means more depth per trade. Some of our most consistent users are swing traders taking 2-3 trades per week. The Journey unlocks based on trades, not calendar time.
Yes. You can start fresh with Tracking Wins for the reflection experience, or bulk import existing trades. We support CSV imports and direct log imports from MT4, MT5, and cTrader. Historical trades don't count toward Journey milestones, those are reserved for trades you take while using Tracking Wins.
With auto-sync, the trade data is captured automatically. You can add reflections whenever you're ready, even days later. With manual logging, you can back-fill trades. Consistency matters more than perfection.
About the Product
How Tracky works, what a Discipline Score means, and everything about the Journey system.
Fields covering setup (why you took the trade), emotional state before entry, emotional state during, emotional state after close, execution quality, whether you followed your plan, adherence to risk management, and reflection questions specific to your growth. Not all fields are mandatory. You fill in what matters to you.
Tracky is your Behavior Coach, an AI that reads your entries and asks better questions than you'd ask yourself. Tracky introduces itself at Trade 20 (Pro and Max only). Not generic reflection prompts. Real questions based on patterns Tracky sees in what you've written.
A single number that shows how often you followed your own plan. Not your P&L. Not your win rate. Your discipline. It unlocks at Trade 15 because a discipline score at Trade 3 would be meaningless. There's not enough data for the score to reflect real behavior.
Features unlock in a specific order based on how many trades you've logged: Trade 1 (journal), Trade 7 (statistics), Trade 15 (Discipline Score), Trade 20 (Meet Tracky), Trade 30 (Behavior Layer), Trade 75 (Full Terminal). Each unlock is timed so you have enough data for the feature to be meaningful.
Visualizations of your emotional patterns, including FOMO frequency, revenge trading cycles, overconfidence markers, hesitation patterns. It unlocks at Trade 30 because that's when we have enough data to show real patterns instead of statistical noise. Available on Pro and Max.
Max-tier feature set specifically for funded traders. Includes cross-account pattern analysis, Max Risk Before Blowing calculations, daily drawdown warnings, prop firm rule breach patterns, and funded-specific behavior insights. Details in the Features page.
You need to complete at least 60% of the 21 reflection fields for a trade to count as complete. That threshold exists so your data has enough depth to become meaningful over time. Which fields you prioritize is up to you, some traders focus on emotional state, others on setup analysis. Both work.
You can update your strategies anytime. Historical trades remain tagged with the strategy you were using at the time. This is valuable. You'll see how your evolution affects your results.
Plans & Billing
How pricing works, cancellation, refunds, and what happens when you switch between Free, Pro, and Max.
Yes. Monthly plans cancel immediately (you keep access until end of billing period). Yearly plans continue until end of billing period, then don't renew. No auto-charge trickery. No fine print.
Every tier starts with a First Month experience, 30 days on the Max plan with all features. No credit card required. After 30 days, you choose Free, Pro, or Max. Or walk away with everything you learned.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. When you upgrade, new features unlock immediately (subject to your Journey progress). When you downgrade, you keep your data but lose access to premium features.
All your logged trades and reflections remain safe. You lose access to Tracky, Behavior Layer, and other premium features. If you upgrade back later, everything reactivates instantly.
Yes. If you're within your First Month, no charge has been made. If you paid for a monthly plan and want out, contact us. We handle refund requests personally. Yearly plans: refunds available within first 30 days after payment.

Funded Trading & Prop Firms
For traders using prop firm challenges, funded accounts, or trading across multiple firms.
All of them. You enter your prop firm's rules directly into Tracking Wins (max daily loss, max total drawdown, minimum trading days, etc.) and log your trades either manually or with auto-sync via MT4, MT5, or cTrader. All your funded accounts are then analyzed in The Funded Suite regardless of which firm you're trading with.
Yes. Failed challenges are valuable data. The Funded Suite specifically analyzes which rules you break most often across firms and challenges, including the ones you didn't pass. This is often where the biggest insights come from.
Perfect for Max. The Funded Suite is built for exactly this scenario. Cross-account pattern analysis shows you patterns that repeat across firms. Some traders break the same rule at FTMO and MyForexFunds without realizing it.
No, we don't connect to your prop firm dashboard directly. Instead, you enter your prop firm's rules manually into Tracking Wins, then log your trades yourself or via auto-sync (MT4, MT5, cTrader). Tracking Wins uses your entered rules to warn you when you're approaching drawdown limits, analyze rule breach patterns across accounts, and give you real-time Max Risk Before Blowing calculations.
Your data remains yours. If a prop firm shuts down (MyForexFunds, TFT, and others), your historical trade data in Tracking Wins remains intact. The lessons learned don't disappear.
Pro gives you everything for individual trading analysis. Max adds The Funded Suite for cross-account pattern recognition. If you're serious about funded trading and have 2+ funded accounts, Max pays for itself. If you have one account, Pro might be enough, you can always upgrade later.
Data & Privacy
Where your data lives, who can see it, and what happens if we're not around forever.
On secure servers in the European Union. Encrypted at rest and in transit. GDPR compliant. Your trade data belongs to you.
Yes. Your data is never sold, never shared with third parties, never used to train external AI models. Only you (and Tracky, your Behavior Coach) can see your entries.
Yes. Full data export available from your account settings. Trades, reflections, statistics, everything. CSV, JSON, and PDF formats. Your data is portable.
A fair concern. Every member will get advance notice and full data export capability. Your reflections and lessons learned are yours. We'd never hold them hostage.
No. Auto-sync is one-directional: your trade data flows from broker/platform into Tracking Wins. Nothing flows back. Your broker doesn't know you use Tracking Wins.
