Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 August 2026. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are.
Who we are
Tracking Wins is operated by Mediabureau Apeldoorn BV (KvK 97333557), Het Rietveld 55a, 7321 CT Apeldoorn, the Netherlands. For any privacy-related questions email support@trackingwins.com.
What we collect
We collect the following categories of data:
- Account data: email address, display name, password (hashed)
- Trading data: manually entered trades, imports, journal notes, screenshots and account details
- Auto-sync data: when you connect your MT4, MT5, or cTrader account, we receive trade data including entry price, stop loss, take profit, entry time, exit time, pair, lot size, entry date, and exit date via EA bot (MT4/MT5) or API connection (cTrader)
- Behavior data: reflection field entries, discipline scores, emotional state entries, behavior patterns identified through the platform
- Usage data: basic technical information (browser type, aggregate page views) used to keep the service running
- Payment data: if you subscribe, Stripe processes your payment. We only receive limited billing metadata (customer ID, subscription status, plan). We never see your card number
- Support conversations: messages you send us via the contact form or email
Why we process this data
- To provide the service (contractual necessity)
- To handle billing and prevent fraud (legitimate interest / legal obligation)
- To improve the product and fix bugs (legitimate interest)
- To send transactional emails, monthly recaps, and milestone notifications (contractual necessity, with opt-out available)
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted providers to run Tracking Wins:
- Supabase: database, authentication, and file storage (EU-based)
- Stripe: payment processing
- Resend: transactional email delivery
- Anthropic: AI coaching features (Claude). Trade data is sent when you use Tracky to generate insights. No personal identifiers like your name or email are attached
- Mijndomein: hosting for the landing page and web application (Netherlands-based)
- Plausible: privacy-friendly website analytics (cookie-free, no personal data tracked)
We don't sell your data to third parties. In the case of a full company acquisition, data may transfer to the acquirer under the same privacy terms.
Where we store it
Data is stored on Supabase servers in the European Union. Some sub-processors (like Stripe and Anthropic) may transfer data to the US under Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Your data lives in Tracking Wins for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account we remove your personal data within 30 days. Some records (like invoices) are kept longer where legally required (typically 7 years for Dutch tax law).
Your rights (GDPR)
Under EU law you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct or delete it
- Export it (data portability)
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens)
To exercise any of these rights, email support@trackingwins.com. Most requests are handled within 30 days.
Data export
You can download all your data at any time from your account settings. One click generates a complete file with your trades, reflections, statistics, and all other data. The export typically takes about a minute to prepare.
Cookies
We use minimal essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We use Plausible for website analytics, which is cookie-free. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
Security
Passwords are hashed. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production data is limited to a small number of people who need it to operate the service. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
Children
Tracking Wins is not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in the app.
